Ramadhan menguji kesabaran..

nie nak citer pasal what happened 2 days ago masa baru2 sampai Miri..by the time sampai umah dr airport, it was 4.30 pm..waktu bebuka kol 6.30..so dgn xnyempat2, sampai2 jer trus gi mandi / gosok gigi sbb mcm2 bau dah klua..n by that time dah nearly 5.20 pm..n start la menggelabah cari kunci keter..cari punya cari xjumpa..huh, rasa mcm nak gigit2 jer lengan sendiri sbb careless..masa tuh pa tgh tunggu kat hotel nak gi bebuka poser (he stayed in Miri that night sbb cuti dia baru start)..so abis semer luggages kener geledah..eeeeeeeeee..kalo ko ada masa tuh syear, ngan ko ko skali ako giget..ntah mcmana, raba2 bawah bantal, ada plak kunci keter, tp mcm ada yg xkener ngan kunci tuh..spatutnya ada keychain spongebob, tp mcm kosong plak kunci tuh..rupa2nya one of my housemate yg pegang the spare key tinggalkan bawah bantal (bijop2..thanks mike, your the best! xtau la apa mimpi dia tetiba nak tinggalkan spare key)..Ujian pertama...

Ujian ke-2..ada 45 mins lagi nak bebuka.. trun2 bawah tgk2 keter plak kener blok dgn keter mujib (another hosmate of mine)..somehow i called them tp semua hosmates tada..aduh..eeeee, mcm nak beguling2 jer atas pavement porch..nak angkat keter alihkan xlarat sbb puasa (hahaha)..cek punya cek nasib baik he left his car key dlm bilik..ntah apa yg sampuk my housmates as if they could see it's coming..hohoho..i lap u guys..btw, citer blom abis lagi..

Then rushing la gi ambik pa kat town..15 mins drive jer..but..somehow allignment keter mcm lari..pelik gak..sambil2 drive to bole plak tepon member opis tanya apsal bole jd mcm tuh (sila gunakan handfree ya, jgn tiru mcm saya)..pelik plak, last time i drove ok jer..lancars..hmm...ah, lantak la..so drive jer la gi pickup pa..n then we headed to secret recipe..skali masa stop kat traffic lite, org sblh dok signal2 kat tayar..then we pulled over at the nearest Petronas station..it was nearly 6pm..aduh, ujian ker-3 melanda..tgk2 tayar dah flat..siap ada screw 2.5 inci lagi terbenam dlm tayar..eeEEEeeeee, since pa kat situ, mmg mcm nak giget2 pa, tp memandangkan pa pun stok2 tada isi, mcm defeat the purpose jer..nampak sgt byk dosa..hahaha..dah la kelaparan, kepenatan lagi..so nak tanak tpaksa la gunakan skill offshore utk tukar tayar..xder la susah pun, dlm 10 mins dah siap..cayalah, i'm very proud of us la pa..hahhaa..

ended up secret recipe penuh, so we ol bebuka dlm kuih jer dlm keter..lepas smyg kat masjid baru gi sana balik bg meneruskan misi..zakry owh zakry..

Dallas-LA-KL-Miri..gosh, i'm tired..

After long hours of multiple flights, finally i could smell Miri..it definitely stinks! wait a sec, somehow i'm used to this scent..sort of acquired.. ala, smell of those people who do not take shower / brush their teeth for 40 hrs..hahhahaa..the journey took longer than before because we stopped by in LA, meeting Maria & Irene (do i spell your name correctly gurl?)..after 2 hrs of flight from Texas, we arrived in LA at 12 pm & MAS counter will only open at 9pm..It's actually part of our plan to get an early flight to LA so that Maria could drive us around..keh keh keh..we went to visit the Getty Centre - exhibition of modern architecture & super nice landscape..mcm biasala, kiterg semua mcm jakun, amek gmbr mcm org kener rasuk..snap2 pastuh view gmbr sambil gelak2..hahah..it was fun..senang citer mcm rusa masuk kampung ah..pedulik hapa..bukan derg kenal kiterg pun..sure angmo2 thought that we were a bunch of asian freaks..hahaha..

by the time we finished, it was already 7..before we headed for dinner, Maria brought us to Volcano Tea Shop, to heal the thirst as a result of unnecessary shouting / excitement at the park.. The free Bubble Teas were courtesy of Maria (me don't fancy the bubbles, so me got milk tea without the bubbles instead..it's like, u ordered nasi ayam minus the chicken..hahhaa)..anyway, thanx for being a super host maria (as always!)..n u too Irene (you're one funny indonesian..goodluck with your study)..It was a perfect closing for our US trip!

Iftar with Abg Irwan

Today, we ol gi berbuka puasa dgn Abg Irwan, who just got transferred here 3 months ago..while he drove his 2nd-hand Volvo (which still look freaking new and cost him USD20K ONLY), we followed from behind..he lead us to a halal Thai restaurant..not that fancy but ok la..each of us tried different types of curry..Somehow, Abg Irwan's curry, which they proclaim originated from Malaysia, seemed to be awkward, ada kacang..apa kezadah?? ntah sapa la yg wat ajaran sesat alkaram-wal-tenggelam dgn owner kedai tuh..yellow curry was my choice, Siti's red curry and Violet's green curry..xder la pedas mana, manis jer lebey..me likey~ mcm oghe klate doh..hahahhaa..The price, USD14 (excluding tips)..tp puas hati la, sbb dah lama xmkn ayam (eh jap, bukan smlm baru jer mkn Chicken tikka leg a.k.a. ayam panggang kat Apna Bazaar ker?..hahaha..)..Klah, masa utk stadi, esok ada exam 4 hrs..mau berasap kepala..yeehaw~ take a nap sat ah..bak kata syear, "beauty sleep"..hahahha..harap2 xteroverslept..

Up up and away! Kalo smlm gi labuan on daily trip, arini dah kat KL, ru jer sampai sblm isyak td..punyala kelaparan, sampai sotong ball kecut+sejuk yg derg jual kat stesen LRT tuh pun bole baham (mungkin sbb hujan, tuh yg kecut semacam)..hahaha..apapun esok offday!! yey~ nak klua ngan messo survey DSLR..hoho..saja amek offday coz saturdae morning dah fly to the States (KL - Taipei - LA - Texas to be exact)..so might as well grab this opprtunity to go back home and see my family..

Yup to the States, again..earlier in Feb, was in US for 5 weeks - Dallas Texas, Houma / New Iberia / New Orleans Louisiana, NYC & LA ..reason: training + vacation..absolutely fun fun fun! especially when u're travelling with someone yg sekepala..dua2 short circuit..hahaha (no offence Siti <- office mate/ geng gossip/ accomplice)..since this trip is a short one (2 wks training), we planned to fly to arizona on weekend for sight seeing - Grand Canyon, Crater & Flagstuff (konon2 tempat alien mendarat)..tuh yg xsaba nak hangkut sebiji DSLR (setelah diracun mesz+syear)..FYI, tempat yg kitorg stay ni (Carrolton Texas), has tonnes of halal mkn places..we managed to eat @ different shops everynight last time, even halal japanese food! thanks to islamicfinder.com..hohoho..mmg best..ok ah, nak tido, penat..mcm nak tercabut kaki dr soket pelvis..nite2 guys..n to u too hunn=P
