me & dear wifey have been discussing this for gazillion years <- motip drama??.. but then yg pasti mata ikut daddy n idung ikut mommy.. the rest changes from time to time..

but somehow recently, Ratu (anak Kak Jiha) <- tetiba munchiuls character ni, ada wat statement yang adriana actually looks like me when I was little.. dia prasan lepas layan our wedd clips that we kept in our iPad.. <- cut things short, last week I went to JB with kak Jiha for a sea survival course and both of us brought our family along..

Dear Wifey was so excited echoing the same statement to me..

jadi, mari kita tgk betul2..

ini Adriana (comel mcm katun kan!), seorang baby girl yg kuat kentut (thanx to minyak yu yee cap limau), tangan/kaki tak reti dok diam time nak tido (eeee, rasa mcm nak giget2!), suka dokong and isap baju daddy tapi tetaplah menjadi buah hati kami <- apa relevennya dgn intro gamba ni pun I xtau, kita layan je la!

OK skang kita bandingkan..

ini mommy.. comel mcm tweety bird pun ada rasanya.. hihi.. tapi skang lagi chiomel, sbb tuh daddy like <- tetiba .. since the resolution is low, susah nak wat perbandingan.. tapi idung mmg ada iras, kembang semerbak bunga lily.. hahaha

n so this pulak, is her daddy, in his decent toddler years <- nampak sgt skang dah tak suci.. *sambil tuding jari blaming dear wifey, OPS!

btw last tuesday, we were lucky to have Kak Kay a.k.a. Kamalia Kamal, owner of Photolicious turun dari langit utk snap gambar Adriana dgn rela hati.. I took a day leave mainly to cater the session.. n it was worth.. gigeh daddy dia berkemas bagai dr mlm sblmnya.. n kemunchulan Kak K bersama PA tersohor, Along meramaikan lagi suasana..

Amazingly, Adriana was pretty behaved the first half of the session, which later we found out sebab dia tgh yakyak.. tgh layan feeling la kot, tuh yg high sajork.. n for the rest of the session, habis tunggang terbalik dibuatnya.. skejap2 kener bribe dgn susu.. hahaha.. mujo Kak K sangat pro, she could still snap dengan tenang despite having Adriana meragam (eeee, daddy mcm nak giget2!!).. Along plak sibuk pegang prop bagai.. skejap dalam bakul, skejap atas timbunan bantal, lipat sana lipat sini, memang mcm patung daddy dia dera.. hahahha.. badan dah keras, so struggle la siket..

apapun, overall, the session was completely fun.. daddy dia sempat la jugak curi2 snap sementara Adriana well behave.. but most of the time, had to attend her.. enjoy the pics!!

Daddy's: MacFormat, Young Parents (sbb byk idea fesyen budak2, huhu)

n on recent trip to Kinokonuya, berjaya gak Dear Me dapatkan 3 cop! (FYI, Kino gives 1 stamp for every RM50 spent on books/mags and once cukup 10 stamps, dapat RM50 voucher free).. few more to go, YEAY!

since "what to expect when you're expecting" had helped us (as future parents) a lot through out pregnancy, we need no reason to go for the extension .. Dear Wifey biasanya tak beli buku/magz bagai, she just read what Dear Me bought.. n selaku daddy yg prihatin, harus pilihan sentiasa tepat mengikut keadaan, CEWAH! **wink2, sambil posing pegang anugerah**

as for the "time" & "Mac OS X Lion for Dummies", it clear to whom they belong to.. the reason is simple:

few activity books for Yaya/Zaharah/Adriana, cookbook utk Dear Wifey and of coz self help + more apple-related books for myself=)

as for syear, punyalah banyak buku cookbook yg dio beli mcm nak paksa Yana masuk MasterChef Malaysia kan!! kesian betul Yana kene dera..

we only had our lunch at 4pm kat Cozy Corner Great eastern, no thanx to KL traffic, mana2 tebuk pun jam..

but overall, big bad wolf was worth the effort!

i don't care if SuperMak is hot, and able to fight crimes at Bukit Bintang while shopping for makeup at Sephora..

neither do i envy of spider man than can escape paying tolls to get to KLCC by merely swinging form 1 lamp-post to another..

nor having super cool Ironman's suit which can make u fly and able to fry acid splashers in KL..

but i do jealous of dear wifey..

for the most Daddy can do is distracts, delays and do Daddy's best (with given natural ability), to calm / soothe you down..

no matter how hard Daddy tries, there will be a limit, to when only "senjata rahsia" Mommy jer yang can send you to fantasy land & cast you to sleep..

if only daddy have that secret weapon to help up Mommy..apakan daya, susu sudah menjadi keju cheesedale..

korang biasa tak main letup2 bubble wrap? best kan! kengkadang terlampau best sampai high tahap berputar2 bijik mata, nampak mata putih jer.. huhuh

put the crap aside, ha, mcm tuh la placenta dear wifey.. bezanya, less exaggerated and the so-called bubble was actually the placenta filled with blood.. blood released pun intermittent i.e. bila seluk clear (super clean ok), tapi padding merah.. mcm pelik, doctor pun konpius mula2..

so mcmana doctor figured that out?

lepas kene seluk dan dilanda misteri, she was then ushered from the labor room to Dr.Tan's clinic (same floor) for scanning.. mula2 scan nampak normal, baby masih berenang riang.. somehow bila observe lama2, we noted something fishy.. the placenta yg tadi attached to the uterus start menggelembung mcm bubble with flowing fluid under it.. mujo doctor decided to stick the "popsicle-scanner" longer.. kalau tak sure dia pun x detect..

"ok, we need to go for emergency C-sect!"

n as soon as ayat kat atas ni terpancut dr molot doctor, nurses trus bertempiaran, getting ready for the procedure, leaving us puzzled & completely blur..

the situation turned emotional when she started to shed tears while talking to her mom over the phone.. masa tuh kiterg dalam toilet, n was helping her out to change into operation uniform.. everything was moving too fast for her.. "can't we wait?", "why can't I go through normal labour?", "do we have to rush?" and other what ifs - were some of the questions yg mencurah2 keluar from her mouth.. as much as she's emotionally on roller coaster ride, i was too, but unlike me, she's on the front row..

"nurse, can you call Dr.Tan and ask him to come here? Appreciate his help to explain & make my wife understand of the situation.. why she has to go through all these.. that kinda stuffs", decided to take 1 step backward instead sbb tak sampai ati tgk dear wifey..

lepas tuh baru situation bertukar menjadi tenang.. we could see that the doctor & nurses were no more "on steroid".. was so glad to see Dr.Tan really took his time to elaborate further to her, siap lukis bagai.. once she got the idea, she became more calm and decided to go for it..

since it was emergency, i was not allowed to watch the procedure..

"Doctor, boleh jadi tak kalau kita tido time operation, tak bangun terus?" MOTIP SOALAN??? sempat lagi dear wifey tanya sblm derg usung masuk operation theatre.. nurse yg dgr tuh pun nak tegelak..

kalo ikut report doctor, it's "Abruptio Placenta", premature separation of placenta from uterus.

or in simpler words, uri terchabot.. mampoo? she lost 2 liter of blood instead of 300ml for a normal caesar.. mujo we decided to proceed.. the baby was exactly 38 wks back then..

n there goes into the lombong my weeks of "huh huh haaah" breathing practices.. not to mention the cheerleading steps, nak kasi support to dear wifey punya pasal..

Born This Way - Part 1

14th Sept

"Sayang, i am bleeding!! tapi x sakit.. am driving home.."

jantung trus cram when she broke the news over the phone.. mujo tak koma sbb tersepit kat pintu lift <- releven ker ni?? she's exactly 38 wks and t he EDD was 2 wks away.. so was it THE SIGN?

and it was 12 pm on a working wednesday.. masa tuh baru meluncur kluar lift from office building, konon plan nak head to KLCC for a quick lunch+gossip session dgn Pa.. lepas dpt call, trus menggelupur went back up n hangkot apa yg sempat before rushing home..

"hye, set ayam goreng McD (spicy) & bigMc set regular satu.. coke tukar mineral.. hmm McChicken, beger saja ya, tak mau set"

itu dia! dalam gelabah2 masih sempat detour g McD drive thru kan!! mampoo???

cut story short, we had a mouthful pre-birth-giving-energy-boosting session at home, thanx to Mr. Ronald McDonald.. sbb org cakap, labor ni byk pakai tenaga <- alasan, hihihi.. tapi dear hubby yg lebih2 melantak mcm kebuluran, how? hohoho.. it was approximately 1 pm..

masa tuh both of our moms dah risau2.. yg kiterg ni bole lagi gelak2 sambil discuss2 with the assumption that we should have time utk berkemas dgn tenang..

jom pindah rumah!!

the actual fact was, hanya Allah jer yg tau.. rasa mcm nak berlari bertempiaran dalam pakaian renang sambil melolong for bantuan pun ada.. still, as dear hubby, had to act cool <- plastic sgt kan!

walaupun harapan utk disambut dgn pancaragam hospital hanyalah fantasi semata2, kemunculan kami tetap diteruskan, where by 2 pm, both of us dah terpachul kat emergency dept.. good thing for living in ampang, ikut google map pun PCMC is just 5 km away, nice righ?!

she was then happily ushered up to level 6's labor room for CTG.. nasib baik org tak ramai.. so merasa la layanan ala diva <- berangan semata2..

the labor room is exactly similar to the normal single room, just minus the carpet and comes with additional equipments.. the bed pun sama jer but with super upgrade - ada tempat letak kaki utk kasi kangkang, kalo dpt bawak balik memang superb! OPS! OPS! OPS! <- org sibuk nak labour, dia sempat lagi nak fantasi bagai kan, mmg patut kene pelangkong.. hahahaha..

"Puan, kalau ikut result CTG, baby's heartbeat normal and there's no contraction detected.. but you're bleeding fresh blood and that's a concern.. we dare not do any physical check down there and we've to wait for Dr.Tan ya"

turned out the blood was not the sign as what we thought.. the blood sign should be "period-like" and not as fresh (as if it's coming from a cut) nor as much..

a glimpse of worry hit us by then..... in other words;

HA!! BARU NAK GELABAH KAN!! MOTIP????

Ramadhan upside down

am down wif lung infection again (not to mention result X-ray kata bronchitis)..

and heavily drugged for the past few days.. temperature pun mcm roller coaster skejap turun skejap naik..

despite, alhamdulillah, unlike last time, am luckier this time around, having it detected earlier..

anyway,

have a safe & fun trip back to kampung!!

n have a jolly great & blessfull celebration=)

as for me, am recuperating to gain enough kudrat to drive back to atuk's house @ batu pahat later in the afternoon..
